Program Highlights
Led by Dr. Abrina Schnurman-Crook, this Executive Leadership Program has been refined over the last decade to push boundaries and disrupt the way leaders operate at all levels. Programming focuses on developing professional leaders through customized organizational training and innovative leadership skills including:
- Assessment portfolio including multiple 360° assessments
- Diagnose challenges and automatic responses
- Dealing with conflict, risk, and change
- Neuro leadership in relation to stress and decision making
- Team functioning
- Feedback from multiple perspectives
- Interpersonal situations from a strategic view of systems
- Understanding systems and culture applied to your organization
- Limited to 10 participants per program in order to maximize learning and engagement
